Back in 2019, I was juggling a full-time job in the VET education sector while trying to build my first e-commerce brand on the side. I poured my heart (and every spare hour) into it, teaching myself how to design a website, learning the ins and outs of the Instagram algorithm, and staying up way too late tweaking product photos and captions.

And then… I launched to crickets.

No orders.

No traffic.

 

Just me, refreshing my notifications and wondering what I’d done wrong.

Turns out, I’d done what so many small business owners do.... tried to wear every hat at once.

 

But instead of giving up, I got curious. I wanted to know why things weren’t working, and that’s when I realised something over the 4 years building that brand: my passion wasn’t e-commerce itself, it was marketing and tech. I loved the strategy, the systems, and the creativity behind it all.

So, I followed that spark. Not long after, Raven Digital Co. was born and my very first client is still with me to this day, thriving. Watching their growth has been the biggest confirmation that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

I completed my Diploma of Social Media Marketing, and now in 2025, I’m studying my Advanced Diploma of Digital Marketing to keep pushing my skills (and my clients) further.

​

As a small business owner myself, I know how real the juggle is, the late nights, the endless ideas, the tabs open in your brain and on your browser. My job is to take that digital overwhelm off your plate so you can focus on what you love doing in your business, while I handle the rest.
